Was much better with previous owner and manager. The young lady that was manager was always there and always working. Now the gym is unattended for hours. The arrogant owner literally lives there with his stinky dog yet apparently never cleans. They have awesome instructors but people do not want to come because of lack of management and cleanliness. Used to be the best place around to work out....but my family and I have finally decided to move to the Rec center until one of the members opens his own gym.
Grate place, plenty of equipment, and everybody there is nice. This is a locally owned gym

Never have I witnessed a gym owner so determined to make this the best gym the City of Radford has ever seen. Definitely worth the sign up if your trying to branch away from the University gym and try something new. Not to mention there's a brand new cross fit room, as well as a cardio room filled with bikes, boxing gloves/punching bags, jump ropes, ect!!
P.S, your allowed to wear cut offs and tank tops.
Agree with previous post. New owner always acts arrogant and unwelcoming or motivating. Flashlight could give better tan than the wore out bulbs in the tanning bed. Machines break down and weeks before repaired. Sauna is a storage room. Glad when membership expires to go to a quality gym.
