Our lawn tractor just stopped running over the weekend. Called Southwest Power Monday am. Randy was going to be in the area, so he arranged to picked it up that day. I was so surprised when I drove in the yard Wed afternoon and the mower was already back. He fixed the problem, tuned it up, sharpened the blade and fixed another problem we were having of the wheel coming off. Very reasonable repair cost and the pick up and delivery made our lives so much easier. A couple neighbors even asked where we took it and got it back so quickly. They were impressed! We will be taking all our power equipment to Southwest from now on.
I took my off-brand mower to this service center after it had been to two other "approved" centers, with no solution. This company not only fixed what the other centers only claimed to fix, but did it in a little over a week, Combined, the other two centers kept my mower hostage for the entire mowing season. I had to borrow and rent equipment to keep my lawn up. This company fixed my mower in a timely manner, while working with a hesitant manufacturer, and got it back to me in record time. Thank you, Southwest, I will come back again, and again.
