There so rude and only want money there like the scrooge of Radford!!!
This place is absolutely horrible. The managers treat tenants like atm's and are very unfair. Do yourself a favor and go across the street and rent from Price Williams. They cost more however they treat you like the adult you are and do not try to rip you off.
Worst excuse for an apartment complex that I've ever had the misfortune of living in. The apartments aren't that nice, parking sucks, and seems like they're constantly bringing groups of people into the apartment to look around with no warning what so ever. My mail even has a hard time getting to this place. Wouldn't live here again if it were free.
I, nor did any of my roommates ever have a problem with BCR and they were also very kind and understanding with any issue that arose. Not really sure what's up with the negative reviews on here.
I've lived here for going on 4 years and have never had a problem. These apartments aren't luxury condos but they aren't bad either. I'd have no problem recommending BCR.
