Good people. They need more help. Cant get all the work in
Absolutely awful. They have had our car for a week and a half and haven't even bothered to look at it to diagnose the problem yet. Every time I call it's just "we haven't gotten to it yet, it's been busy" but it's ridiculous. Other cars dropped off after ours have come and gone and mine is still sitting in the back of the lot, untouched. Unprofessional and unacceptable service, in my opinion.
I will not take my vehicle anywhere else in Radford. They do honest work at affordable prices. My car is always ready in a reasonable amount of time.
Kind staff who have helped fix my car's issues multiple times. They seem to be pretty honest with their work.
They do great work. They're just incredibly hard to get in contact with. It's very frustrating.
