Great Service performed in a timely manner. Very Knowledgable staff. Willing to negotiate fair pricing. Knows a great deal about parts and accessories for different units as well. I have got my bike worked on as well as general maintenance and have had no problems. I would recommend stopping in and checking out what they have or if you need something worked on.
Great service and great people. Spent a while with Ryan who was helpful in answering my questions. As I understand it, the ownership recently changed and they are doing a whole lot better than the previous owner. Worth stopping by.

Due to an agreement I made with the manager at Pro Sport Suzuki, I took my previous review off their site. This got me a roughly $115.00 discount, so instead of having to pay $830.52 I only had to pay $717 for repairs that took 1.5 months and my bike runs just as bad as when I put it in the shop. The manager there didn't see a problem with this and even had a don't care attitude but, he was nice about it when he said to come pick it up unfixed and that he was going to charge me over $800 for them failing to get the job done that I hired them for. He was even nice when he told me that they were going to charge me $74 an hour for repairs on a $5000.00 motorcycle that I bought from them just 60 days prior to it breaking down. I could go on and on about this but what it really comes down to is, if you want someone to smile while blowing smoke up your * then this is the place to go.
Lousy Service. OverPriced. Will be sneaky and throw in charges that was not in the agreement. You are better off going to another shop.
Another update: The general manager called me to discuss the problem. Other then agreeing that the store manager was sarcastic with very little customer service skills, he just basically defended the shop and in a round about way he called me a liar. He said that he trusted his mechanic over a video that I made on my phone. Off to court we go.
UPDATE: After paying Pro Sport $717.00 to not fix my bike, I took things into my own hands 2 cans of Red Kote in the tank and problem solved. I told them several times that the bike would run great for about 30 after flushing injectors, this told me that the issue was in the tank. They suggested that I put a New fi control unit on the bike ( WOW) that's a thousand dollars part that wouldn't of fixed the issue. They replaced injectors that didn't need replacing and a coil that wasn't bad. I would not suggest anyone get service at this shop.
